Unlocking Leadership: Find Your Keys to Lead

Keys Leadership is a CareerEdge professional development program in partnership with Jaime Marco designed to help individuals grow into confident, effective leaders in today’s evolving workplace. Through a series of interactive, hands-on sessions, participants gain practical tools and real-world strategies they can immediately apply to their roles. The program focuses on strengthening core leadership competencies such as communication, accountability, coaching, and navigating difficult conversations—while also helping participants better understand their personal leadership style and how it impacts those around them.

Throughout the experience, participants are encouraged to step outside of their day-to-day responsibilities and think more intentionally about how they lead, influence, and support their teams. The program creates space for meaningful discussion, self-reflection, and peer learning, allowing individuals to connect with other professionals across industries who are facing similar challenges and opportunities.

This program is ideal for both emerging leaders looking to build a strong foundation and experienced professionals seeking to refine their approach and expand their impact. By the end of the program, participants walk away with greater self-awareness, stronger leadership confidence, and actionable skills to foster more productive, engaged, and resilient teams.
