The Manufacturing Industry Grows in the Sarasota-Manatee Region
/in In the News /by CareerEdgeCareerEdge has partnered with many local manufacturing employers to help connect and train talent and to close skills gaps. The industry has seen much improvement from these efforts and is still continuing to grow in our region. At the end of 2017, manufacturers employed over 17,000 employees locally, a 3% increase from 2016, with an average annual wage of $51,950 last year.
